Usage - Vistrow Voice

Open Usage under Monitor in the sidebar. Everything on the page is shown in your timezone and refreshes every 30 seconds while you have it open.

Pick a date range

Use the chips at the top: Today, 7 days, 30 days, This cycle (since your current billing cycle started), or Custom to choose your own start and end dates. The page remembers your last choice.

What you’ll see

Section	What it tells you
Credits used	Credits spent in the range, including any test calls past your free test minutes.
Minutes	Billable call minutes.
Calls	Number of calls. Dashboard test calls aren’t counted here.
Avg credits / min	Your average rate across every call in the range.
Credits left	What’s left this cycle, and roughly how many days it will last at your current pace.
Credits and minutes per day	A daily chart of both.
By channel, By agent, By voice tier, By model tier, By direction, By phone number	Where the credits went, broken down each way.
Top calls by credits	The ten most expensive calls in the range. Click one to open it.

When calls are in progress, a banner at the top shows how many are live and how long each has been running — credits are accruing while they’re on.

Export CSV

Admins and the workspace owner see an Export CSV button next to the date chips. It downloads the usage for the range you’ve selected.

How credits are counted

Credits = call minutes × channel rate × voice multiplier × model multiplier. On the default setup that’s 2 credits per minute. Rates and your plan are on Billing.
