Billing

Vistrow Voice runs on credits. Every call draws from your workspace’s monthly credit pool, and the Usage page shows exactly where they went. The rate is the same on every channel: website widget calls, browser calls and phone calls all draw from the same pool. Telephony (your phone provider’s call and number charges) is billed separately by that provider, not in credits.

Plans

We share pricing on request while plans are being finalised. Talk to us and we will recommend a plan and quote for your call volume. Every plan includes the website widget, call recording, post-call data extraction, live call transfer, custom functions, caller memory, background sound, calendar booking, the Testing Lab, and call history and analytics. Need more agents or capacity? Talk to us about a custom plan. You can see your current plan and remaining credits under Settings → Plan & billing.

Test calls

• Dashboard test calls — the Browser test and Call test buttons on an agent card — are free for the first 30 minutes each month. Minutes past that are charged at the normal rate.
• Testing Lab runs are billed from the first second, like a real call.

See where your credits go

The Usage page (Monitor → Usage) breaks your credits down by day, channel, agent, voice and model, lists your most expensive calls, and shows how many credits you have left this cycle.
