Calling window

TRAI norms limit unsolicited calls to 9am–9pm, Monday–Saturday. With Enforce calling window on, Vistrow Voice blocks outbound dials automatically outside the start/end time and allowed days you configure, evaluated in the callee’s local timezone.

Setting	What it does
Honor Do-Not-Call list	Never dials a number on your DNC registry.
Require spoken consent	The agent opens every call with a consent line and logs the caller’s reply.
Record calls	Stores call audio alongside transcripts.
Data retention (days)	Transcripts and recordings older than this are purged automatically. `0` keeps everything indefinitely.
